I am one of the people who went through the treatment at ST. Michaels; I travel 150miles round trip to have the care done on my teeth and now going through the last stage of it all. It all started in 2009/2010 I was referred from down stair to up stairs, when they looked at my bite my top teeth was 8mm apart from the bottom so they fitted me with twin blocks for a year and a bit then I went onto having railway tracks which was a permanent fixture and I wore them just under a year to correct my teeth and make them straight and then I had them taken off in 2012 and now I have to wear a invisalign brace which will keep my teeth in the right position and not allow the teeth to slip or twist back in the old position and I will have to were them for approximately a year. It has made a huge impact on my eating ability and also my life, looking back at the treatment that I had I am so glad that I did have it done and from then on I haven’t looked back since. I just want to say a BIG thanks’ to everybody who has made this happen.

I’ve had extremely crooked teeth for most of my life and at 41 years old I decided to have them straightened. I had ceramic on the top, silver on the bottom and had to have them adjusted every 6 weeks. At times I have thought “Why am I doing this?” but my question was answered (on 2nd November!) when after 22 1/2 months the brace finally came off, I am absolutely over the moon with the results and it has definitely been worth it. I can’t thank Catherine enough for her expertise. Also a massive thank you to Carole, Donna, Joanne and the rest of the team for the warm, friendly, relaxing atmosphere they create, it means a lot! If you’re thinking of taking the plunge, my advice would be, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

I would like to say thank you for the excellent treatment that both of my sons have received at St Michaels. Their smiles have been improved 1000% by having their orthodontic treatment, and I would highly recommend St Michaels to anyone. Thank you very much indeed.

I was always a bit self concious about my smile as I had very big teeth with an over bite. St. Michael’s gave me a twin-block brace (which brought my top and bottom teeth together in the middle) which I wore all the time for just under a year and it was a bit annoying at first but then I just got into the routine of wearing it in primary school. Looking back im so glad I did it and have not looked back since. Im so glad I did it then rather then now when all my friends are getting braces. Thank you St. Michael’s for giving me the confidence to smile
